“Ginja”

Ginjinha or simply Ginja, is a portuguese liqueur made by infusing ginja berries, (sour cherry) (Prunus cerasus austera, the Morello cherry) in alcohol (aguardente is used) and adding sugar together with other ingredients.

Despite being named after a liqueur made out of sour cherry berries Ginja is the sweetest pup.   She is the litter mate of Mr. Wiggles and the result of the mating between Cabrita and David.   We are excited to see how this girl matures.  Star Mountain It’s All About Ginja has great structure.
